With this protection plan, we offer an extended canopy fabric warranty against color fading from normal exposure conditions.

  1. OUTTRA

Our 5-year limited warranty guarantees against the fabric becoming unserviceable due to:

  • Loss of color

from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals when used for appropriate applications.

  1. SUNBRELLA

Our 5-year limited warranty guarantees against the fabric becoming unserviceable due to:

  • Loss of color

from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals when used for appropriate applications.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation, except as noted in this warranty. Bluu’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Bluu reserves the right to require proof of purchase and inspect any fabric submitted for claim. Claims requesting reimbursement for labor costs must include a detailed summary of those costs.

What will Bluu do

Bluu will supply new fabric free to replace the fabric that becomes unserviceable.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it is shipped without any reason for doing so (Generally, it can be cancelled within 24 hours). If it has been shipped, please enter the Return link.

Returns

Goods purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for a return unless:

-Receive the goods more than 30 days;

-The appearance or kinetic energy of the product is damaged due to the customer’s personal reasons, and the component is missing, etc., which affect the secondary sales;

-Any component repaired or changed by an unauthorized repair company;

-Special offer products (except when the product itself is defective or damaged due to transportation);

-Products purchased by third-party platforms or distributors.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Please contact us if you’re not satisfied with your purchase and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. We’ll process your goods within 24 hours after receiving the goods, then go through the Refund process after confirming that the product is intact. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refund

We’ll give you a full refund if the goods have quality problems, and the refund will be processed within three days of the request being submitted.

After confirmation, we will refund you within one day. And the refund notices will be sent to you via the email on your order.

If you do not receive a refund within three days, you can contact our customer service to confirm, or contact your bank.

Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on preference.

Please attach the reason for the return, the photos of the goods and your order number.

If you does not return the gift, it will be deducted from the refund.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
