Hey these chairs were really easy to put together I put them both together in like 5 minutes found some cushions we liked 419 bucks a piece and we love them they're very sturdy and we're not tiny people I recommend these chairs
When we first receive these, I was gonna return them because they were plastic. I did not realize that when I ordered them. We decided to put them together anyway and give them a try. They are actually really pretty. We are very happy with the purchase and even purchased an additional chair. Since they are fairly inexpensive, we won’t worry so much about them getting accidentally damaged. They look great, and we would highly recommend them.
Sturdy, great construction, no assembly required. Perfect complement to any outdoor are. Deep and wide!! Summer fun ready! In love!!
This container is a great purchase. It has lots of room for our multiple porch cushions, candles and porch sign.It also has its own cushion for additional seating. It's sturdy, waterproof and locks. The gray color even matches our house.
I needed a deck box to hold some very large chair cushions. It has ample space for that. This box also has it's own cushion and can serve as additional seating which is a bonus. It has hydraulic hinges for easy lifting. It's not very thick plastic so it's not heavy to move around. I plan on using it as extra seating for my table and may need to move it so that's a plus. I can't speak to the durability since I just bought it or it's waterproof feature since it hasn't rained but I can't see any spaces where water would get in. I plan on storing the bench cushion it it when it's not being used and there's plenty of space to do that. I put the entire thing together myself and although there were some tricky clicks to make, I did it all on my own. The trick to the hinges is to get them at the perfect angle and snap them in one at a time.
The color is not light brown but a taupe-grey which is a lot nicer and versatile in my opinion. Large holding capacity and assembly was easy. I love that the lid doesn't come crashing down but has a gliding action so that little fingers don't get smashed. Kid-friendly!
It was a little bit tedious putting it together but was so worth the time and the money!Purchased new cushions this year (6 of them) & were determined to not let them get wet. Our garage is detached and where we've always kept the cushions, but it's not so easy to get the cushions put up (steps and narrow entrance) but this box is outstanding! Highly recommend it!
Ordered this for the style that matched my craftsman house. The color is more taupe than gray but still a nice color. Had a all day gentle rain yesterday and just checked that the cushions remained dry. Not sure about a torrential down pour. Nice hinge mechanism which stays up when open for easy unloading and reloading. Seams very sturdy. 2 person assembly.
Was hoping for a brown but apparently ordered Taupe. Was not hard to put together. Has the lifts to hold top open , metal bars so you can sit on it with out caving it in. And did it mention large! I got it to hold pool chemical which took up very little space. It stays dry so using for furniture cushions when rain is expected.
Received this storage container on time as promised. It was fairly easy to assemble by my wife and me. It seems very sturdy and I believe you can even use it as a bench. It fits well on our deck. I would certainly recommend this for anyone.
Make you you read the instructions before starting to assemble.
Large deck box. Was easy to assemble. It doesn’t slam close on little fingers. We are enjoying it!
The box arrived well packaged and included all the parts and instructions. The written instructions were a bit confusing so I contacted customer support and they supplied me with a link to an assembly video. I will say the assembly video was a bit different from the written instructions. I found the video to be helpful.I'd suggest using a rubber mallet to tap in the sides, end caps and metal rods. All in all the quality, fit and finish was excellent and I put the box together by myself in about 45 minutes using a mallet and cordless drill driver.
Fairly easy to assemble, seems to be sturdy and holds lots of items. Love how it looks on our screened in porch!
When our order arrived, we had an issue, cause some part was cracked during transportation. So we asked if we can get 1 broken part replaced. Instead they sent us the full new unit. It was resolved fast. We are using this box for outside storage for whole winter already and we love it. It looks great, is very big and all cushions are stored in good condition! Thank you, guys!
Review update: I am updating my review based on the amazing customer service both the seller and product distributor provided. They not only refunded my purchase, but sent a new product. My review of the product still remains below. I am beyond surprised by their amazing service!! They went way above and beyond and I will be a life time customer. Nothing can compare to their willingness to ensure customers are satisfied!!!!
My original review if you so wish to read:
Originally, I did not have a great buying experience and I was extremely disappointed with the product quality. The seller refunded me in full for the product. I still had to go through the hoops of disposal, but there were no charges for my situation. The seller states this is NOT a normal occurrence for what I experienced. My review is based on the product, although the seller refunded me. I want to be honest for future buyers. The product arrived several days late, but it was the holiday season and that may have been a factor. The product came broken in the corner, the box had no signs of damage, but it was the holiday season and the deliver could have been to blame. The exterior of the product package was not damage, and the broken pieces were not uncovered until the box was fully opened. I Requested a return, and the company does require you to pay shipping. However, I sent photos of the damage and they refunded me 100%. The product it self is not high quality. The Florida sun will wear the plastic down, and it may only last one season. I would not consider this a great purchase based on the price, product quality, and design. However, the customer service is persistent to making you happy. They quickly rectified the situation. Provided ample follow up to ensure I received my refund. I would give the customer service 5 stars. The product is still the product. However, I would buy something different from the seller and I am now a life long customer!! Knowing their business expectations and how they truly value their customers… nothing can match that.
One of our best purchases so far on Amazon. So easy to setup and highly functional to block the sun whenever the time of day!
Our west facing patio gets HOT in the afternoon summer sun and we have been unable to sit out there because it is so unbearable! Until today when our beautiful patio umbrella arrived! I put it together myself in about 15 minutes and was cool in the shade right after I opened it up! It is very sturdy so I would recommend the extra umbrella stand unless you are planning in drilling it directly into your deck.
The quality of the mechanism and the size of this umbrella is phenomenal. It is so easy to use, very smooth, structurally sound and strong. It rotates completely perpendicular to the ground to block out the sunset that makes our patio sweltering hot all summer long. I cannot wait till this rain stops so that we can use it everyday to keep ourselves shaded and cool. The quality is top-notch, money will spent! Thank you so much.
I was so pleased with my first 11 ft. Cantilever Umbrella that I purchased a second one. The cantilever umbrella I had previous to these two couldn't handle the wind that we have on our raised patio and was starting to break. I am so happy that these umbrellas can handle the wind. They are very attractive and can indeed be moved 360 degrees. They are not hard to put together, but are heavy. I use a 160 lb four-piece sand filled base for each. I do highly recommend this umbrella.
This umbrella is phenomenal! I have been looking for a sturdy, high quality product for a year, and I am blown away by this one. There are so many on the market, but THIS one is by far the best value and quality out there. It’s easy to assemble, very sturdy but incredible easy to adjust and move. This is truly a great umbrella, and I am a forever Viney customer.
ASSEMBLY: Childs play, took way more work with strengthening under my trex deck boards than it did to assemble it. 11 bolts total.
MOUNTING: I did not like the idea of the tripping hazard on my cowboy pool deck with the cross bars, so I found the nearest spot to center that was between joists and wife enough to fit the roughly 8” base. I used galvanized 5/16” carriage bolts on a strong back I tied between the open joists. This provides the strength to bolt through with the carriage bolts. Otherwise you have to get the weighted base sold separately or drill into your concrete slab or bury the provided base cross bars and secure them into soil somehow preferably with weight. I think that the direct mount to the deck is a very clean look.
After a lot of research we settled in on the LE CONTE Grenoble 10 ft. Cantilever Umbrella with 360 Degree Rotation. We wanted 360 degree rotation to adjust for the track of the sun. This was so easy to assemble I didn’t even bother to read the instructions. The most critical part was mounting to the deck. Be aware that it doesn't come with deck mounting hardware. A quick trip to Lowes to pick up a 8 foot pressure treated 2 x 4 and some 2 and 2.5 inch lag bolts. Because no two decks are alike the pre-drilled holes didn’t hit but one support beam and I didn’t want to rely solely upon the strength of 3/4 inch deck boards. I decided to drill additional holes in the mounting bracket so that I could hit several 2 x12 support beams. I was able to do so on both edges of the deck. I added two 1.5 feet 2 x 4 support boards underneath the deck for additional support of the mounting bracket. A combination of 2 inch and 2.5 inch 5/16 lags screws with stainless steel washers were utilized. In the pre-drilled mounting bracket holes that didn’t hit a support I use #12 one inch long stainless screws that only screwed into the deck boards, mainly for ascetics as the lag screws are doing the support. Drilling the additional holes in the support bracket was easy. Simply center punch where you want your hole. First drill a hole using a smaller 1/8 diameter bit then drill your larger hole so the lag screw fits. Pre-drilled holes were made in the support beams as II didn’t want them to possibly split when screwing in the lag screws.
The umbrella unfurled so easy my wife is now the umbrella queen and has no problems. When opening the umbrella raise it up about half way and unfurl the umbrella manually first before cranking it open as it will not open unless you do so. The velcro strap to hold the umbrella when closed probably won’t hold in high winds. We ordered the cover as it goes over the umbrella and post. Storing for winter will require removing two bolts and lifting the umbrella off the mounting post, otherwise it stays out like boating season Memorial Day to Labor Day.
I have no complaints about the quality or ease of assembly
