Thank you for shopping at BLUU. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to BLUU, accessible from www.bluupatio.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it is shipped without giving any reason for doing so (Generally, it can be cancelled within 24 hours). If it has been shipped, please enter the Return link.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Receive the goods more than 30 days;
- The appearance or kinetic energy of the product is damaged due to the customer’s personal reasons, and the component is missing, etc., which affect the secondary sales;
- Any component repaired or changed by an unauthorized repair company;
- Special offer products (except when the product itself is defective or damaged due to transportation);
- Products purchased by third-party platforms or distributors;
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Please contact us if you’re not satisfied with your purchase and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. We’ll process your goods within 24 hours after receiving the goods, then go through the Refund process after confirming that the product is intact. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We’ll give you a full refund if the goods have quality problems, and the refund will be processed within three days of the request being submitted. After confirmation, we will refund you within one day. And the refund notices will be sent to you via the email on your order.
If you do not receive a refund within three days, you can contact our customer service to confirm, or contact your bank.
- Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on preference.
- Please attach the reason for the return, the photos of the goods and your order number.
- If you does not return the gift, it will be deducted from the refund;
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
